Flemish (Dutch) and French.

In the north, in the area called Flanders, they speak Flemish. That is a language very similar to Dutch. The main Flemish-speaking city is Antwerp.

In the south, in the area called Wallonia, they speak French. The main French-speaking city is Liège.

In the capital, Brussels, they speak both - although my experience has been that a lot more people speak French there than Flemish.

Officially all people speak both languages, but my experience is that many tend to speak the other language somewhat heistantly, and even badly. In some cases, you are better off just speaking English!

The answer from "Ebie" is broadly correct. HOWEVER: Flemish people tend to be offended if you address them in French. Most Flemish speakers under 40 will speak English and will prefer to speak in English than in French. French speakers will expect you to speak French, or at least try.
